The Samsung Galaxy S7 and the Samsung Galaxy Edge, as well as the Samsung Gear S3, are among the most popular smartphones to be made in 2017.
These smartphones are built for a wide range of needs, but the most common complaint I hear is that they’re not waterproof.
There are a few reasons for that, but one of the biggest is that waterproofing is more complicated than it sounds.
A smartphone’s waterproofing consists of two parts: the adhesive layer that covers the device’s back and sides, and the waterproofing material that’s built into the phone’s body.
While a smartphone’s back is covered in an adhesive layer, the inside of the device is mostly made of a non-stick layer.
The rubberized outer layer is made up of a polymeric material called elastomer, which can be hard and can break easily.
While elastomers are strong, they’re also susceptible to damage.
Elastomers also tend to stick to their surfaces, so when the phone is submerged in water, it can break.
A waterproof smartphone also has to be able to withstand an explosion or fire.
That’s why most smartphone manufacturers use a waterproofing coating that’s applied to the device, such as a protective coating that covers all the phone edges, or a thin layer of elastoplastics that covers its entire surface.
The waterproofing layer is designed to resist moisture, and so a phone’s adhesive layer needs to be relatively waterproof.
That means a smartphone needs to have a high waterproofing rating, or more specifically, a rating of 5X or higher.
The highest rated waterproofing in 2017 was 6X or more, which was achieved by the Galaxy S8, which came with an 8.7-inch Super AMOLED display, an 8MP camera with a f/2.0 aperture, and a fingerprint sensor.
The Samsung Note 7, the most expensive smartphone made in the last few years, had a rating at 6X.
The Galaxy Note 8, the next-most expensive smartphone, was rated at 7X.
That last number is because the Note 8 is the phone that Samsung made with the most parts from the Note 7.
So while a smartphone might be rated at 6x, it would only have a 7X waterproof rating.
If you’re looking to buy a smartphone, you probably want to consider the best phone for the money, which is the Galaxy Note 9.
Samsung has released several new phones since its launch in 2017, and now the Note 9 is among the more expensive phones made this year.
The Note 9 features a curved display that is made from a polyester-based material called Gorilla Glass.
The phone comes with a 13MP camera that’s f/1.8, a fingerprint scanner, and support for NFC and Bluetooth 4.0.
The camera also has a large f/4 aperture, which means it’s able to capture more detail than a typical camera.
In terms of cameras, the Galaxy Pro 10 is the most-expensive smartphone made this summer, which had a waterproof rating of 6X, the Samsung S9, which has a 6X waterproofing, and Sony’s new Xperia XZ Premium, which features a 6.5-inch 1080p display and a 4.3-megapixel camera.
Samsung’s Note 9 has a 5X waterproof performance, and its battery is rated at 3,200mAh.
Samsung also has two other phones in the premium smartphone category, the Note 10, which comes with an improved 5.1-inch screen, and Galaxy S9+.
The Galaxy S10 is rated as 7X, and it also features a fingerprint reader, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.0 for connectivity.
The HTC U11, which Samsung announced last month, has a waterproof performance of 6.8X, which puts it ahead of the Note 6 and Galaxy Note 10.
The Pixel XL, which launched in 2018, has an even higher rating of 9X, making it the most waterproof phone of the year.
A few other smartphones also feature a higher-resolution display than the Galaxy 9, including the LG G6 and the Huawei Mate 10.
This year, we also got the Samsung Note 10 Pro, which featured a 5.8-inch display and is now available for preorder.
The LG G5 and Samsung Galaxy 10 have a 5-inch IPS display, but they both have a lower waterproof rating, at 5.7X.
HTC and Huawei have both upgraded their phones to 5- and 6-inch displays, respectively, so they’re now rated as waterproof 10X and 10X+, respectively.
And if you want to go the extra mile and get a Samsung device that’s waterproof up to 3.5 meters, you can also go with the Galaxy 10 Pro.
HTC, LG, and Huawei are all making smartphones with the highest water resistance rating, which measures how far your phone can survive submerged in liquid.
